1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Ryan’s Mobile Repair LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
We offer a range of automotive repair and maintenance services. The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
To ensure efficient service, we encourage customers to schedule appointments in advance. A $75 appointment fee will be charged before the appointment is booked, the booking fee will go towards the repair and is non refundable without a 24 hour or more notice from time of appointment. Call-in customers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
4. Estimates and Pricing
We provide estimates for the cost of repairs and services. These estimates are subject to change based on a thorough inspection of your vehicle. Any additional work required will be discussed with you, and we will not proceed with any additional services without your approval.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, cash app, zelle, and cards. Card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. If payment is not made, the vehicle may be disabled, towed and kept as collateral, and/or removal of repaired parts. Additionally a 35% interest fee per day will be added to the total amount of the remaining balance starting on the day of service. If a vehicle is towed storage fees may apply and may be predetermined by our 3rd party storage company. You will be charged for the tow fee as well. If booted an additional $150 boot fee plus a travel fee from our base location at the rate of $2.72 a mile will be charged before boot is removed. If you attempt to remove the boot yourself and damage the boot an additional $500 fee will be charged for replacement of the boot.
6. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on our repair services. Details of the warranty, including coverage and duration, will be provided with your service agreement or invoice. If a customer requests a refurbished part and the part is faulty, the customer will be responsible for the labor to remove the refurbished product and for the labor to install the new/other refurbished product along with the original labor cost. Refurbished parts come with no warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles and authorizing the necessary repairs and services. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional costs. If the customer self diagnoses and asks us to order and/or install a part the customer is responsible for the cost of the labor and part regardless if the issue was resolved or not.
8. Canceled Appointments
A $75 fee will be charged for appointments canceled without a 24 hour or more notice. Additionally a $150 charge will be charged if you fail to show up to your appointment when we arrive or if we arrive and you do not need our services.
9. Parts ordering
Parts will be ordered after parts have been paid for upfront by the customer. Once parts have been ordered there will be a 35% restocking fee if the customer decides to cancel parts ordering.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or concerns should be brought to our attention promptly. We will work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please refer to our separate privacy policy document for details.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
13. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may also terminate or suspend services if there is a breach of these terms or for any other justifiable reason.
14.Customer Purchased Parts
You may purchase your own parts but we are not responsible for fitment of the part. If the part does not fit and it is requested from you to reassemble the vehicle with the original parts the labor charge may increase. Additionally we will not warranty any parts you purchase.
15. Pricing
Diagnostic- $75hr
Labor- $95hr.
Heavy Duty Labor (¾ ton and up and luxury cars) $140hr
Semi Trucks $200hr
Shop Rate $125hr
Mileage Fee After 20 Miles- 68¢ MI
Minimum call out fee $75
After hours 8PM-10PM $210 call out fee
After hours 10PM-8AM $450 call out fee
Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays $315 call out fee
Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays After Hours $500 call out fee
Call out fees cover 1 hr of diagnostic
Discounted fleet rate will be discussed with each fleet customer and may vary per fleet.
ALL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE CHARGED
16. Chargebacks
If a customer requests a chargeback anytime after service or parts have been delivered a theft charge will be filed with the respective law enforcement agency. We will also charge 35% interest from the day of service to the day of full payment, along with any legal fees. Chargebacks will be treated as no payment please read section 5 for no payment information.
